This Privacy Policy describes how Eficácia Quotidiana Lda ("we", "us", "our"), developer of DoseMate (the "Application"), collects, uses, and stores information when you use our Application.

To provide you with a personalized experience and manage your premium or trial access, we collect the following information when you register an account:

Personal and Professional Information: Full name, email address, profession, medical specialty, and institution.
Account Data: Encrypted password, timezone, and country code.
Usage Data: Technical logs and custom preferences (e.g., personalized drug dilutions) saved securely to your profile.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data strictly for the following purposes:

To create, authenticate, and manage your user account.
To verify your subscription status (7-day Trial or Premium Lifetime).
To securely store and sync your personalized clinical settings across devices.
To communicate with you regarding account recovery (password reset) and essential service updates.

3. Account and Data Deletion

You have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time. To do so, please follow these steps:

Send an email to hello@brainboxmed.app with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
Please send the request from the email address currently associated with your DoseMate account so we can verify your identity.

Upon receiving your request, we will process it and permanently delete your account, personal information, and saved preferences from our active databases within 30 days.

4. Data Security

We take your data privacy seriously. Your personal information is stored securely on our servers. All communications between the Application and our servers are encrypted in transit using secure protocols (HTTPS). User passwords are cryptographically hashed and cannot be read by our team.

5. Third-Party Data (App Stores)

Payment transactions are handled solely by third-party platforms (Google Play Store and Apple App Store), which operate under their own privacy policies. DoseMate does not receive or store your financial information.
