• Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
• BrainboxMed™ reserves the right to change its pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance.
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it before the end of the current billing period.

4. Intellectual Property

• All content on BrainboxMed™ (including text, images, logos, and question banks) is the property of BrainboxMed™ or its licensors, protected by copyright and trademark laws.
• You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or exploit any part of the platform without express written permission.

5. User Content

• If you submit content (such as feedback, comments, or questions), you grant BrainboxMed™ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and adapt that content for platform purposes.
• You are responsible for the legality and appropriateness of any content you submit.

6. Disclaimers

11. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your BrainboxMed™ subscription at any time through your account settings on the platform.
• Alternatively, you can request cancellation by sending an email to cancel@brainboxmed.com (or a dedicated support email address).
• Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle (monthly or annual), and you will retain access to the services until that date.
• There will be no future charges after the cancellation takes effect.
• The "First Month FREE" is not refundable, as no initial cost is incurred.
• For paid subscriptions after the trial period, we do not offer partial or full refunds for unused periods, except where required by law.
• In cases of unresolved severe service failure, BrainboxMed™ will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
• BrainboxMed™ reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, but not limited to, a breach of these Terms.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
